OLE Server isn't registered and excel graph is not opening from ADP

Hi,

I have moved a database I upsized to production and I am getting the following error when user tries to open up an Access graph or open an excel sheet with a graph from ADP file.

All the users have Access 2000 with the Access 2003 runtime installed on their machine. Could anybody please help me with this?
