I have created a database that has ole objects embeded into it. However when I try to open the files on my computer I get the following message.
A problem occured while ms access was communicating with OLE server or active x control.
Close OLE server and restsrt outside of MS access then try the original operation again in ms access.
The problem is that the database will be residing on a network that is extremely poorly managed. I need to be able to solve this problem myslef if its possible.
My machine is running windows 2000 and I am using office xp.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.
