I have a customer that has an old Definity system. They are using it for a motel. They are having a few problems with and I am not opposed to overhauling it and maintaining it so they do not have to spend the money to replace it.
Right now it keeps rebooting and locking up.
My question is is it worth it or doe some one on this site offer paid over the phone tech support. I am a vendor who works on Merlin, Partner and Nortel.
What do you suggest.
