I have a customer that has an old Definity system. They are using it for a motel. They are having a few problems with and I am not opposed to overhauling it and maintaining it so they do not have to spend the money to replace it.

Right now it keeps rebooting and locking up.

My question is is it worth it or doe some one on this site offer paid over the phone tech support. I am a vendor who works on Merlin, Partner and Nortel.

What do you suggest.
 
hardware platform? Definity / CM software version?

Do you provide a per min. or per hour rate for over the phone technical support? I will need to let my customer know if I am able to solve the problems with this system, maybe overhaul it for them ( it has been neglected for years, even had a cat living in the comcloset ) or suggest it be replaced.

How can I contact you if they would like me to move forward?
