Hello all. Has anyone ever seen a paging amp like this? There are 2 at the site where I’m working. I can’t even find a label with a manufacturer or model number.any input is greatly appreciated.

Looks like an executone, probably a 70's vintage. But more over it looks like it needs replaced.
