I know this is not the proper forum, but I posted the question on the Fujitsu forum and have received no responses. Either I phrased the question incorrectly or I asked a prohibited question. If anyone in this forum also works on Fujitsu switches and knows the answer please chime in.

At one of my sites, there is an old (80's) fujitsu switch and our company, in it's ultimate wisdom, laid off the PBX tech there, so nobobdy knows how to change the time on the switch to daylight saving time and back. They know how to log in and view the time, just not how to change it. Is this as simple as it is in a Meridian? Can anyone shed light on this?

Thx,
Richard

What's the model?

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

also try the general telephony board

I am waiting for the tech to get back to me with the model and I am not sure if he is off or not today (various people in holiday mode), but I will post it as soon as I find out. I will also do as suggested in general telephony board.

Thx
