You could start with telling what it does(n't) do when you start the executable. If it's a R6003 message, it's 'only' that your PC is too fast... and there's a fix (link-time) for that.
I saw in your other thread(s) that you get a divide overflow. This just means your new PC is too fast for your old app, and a timer is filled so fast, it stays at 0, hence the divide by zero 'divide overflow'. If you have the sources/objects, relink with a patch available from several sources, else your' out of luck. All external 'fixes' never made any fix for me.
