Hello All -
I work in a small office with relatively low traffic using a biz-dsl line. We are beefing up our support options and 100% internet uptime is becoming a priority. We are considering installing a second biz-class DSL line.
The required goal is a backup DSL line with auto-failover.
The ideal situation is either a parallel or multiplexed setup so that we're making the best use of the bandwith we're paying for. I'm wondering if we would be able to do this with the 2610 at all. It appears at a minimum I'd have to buy a second external interface card, which is fine. But I'm concerned about setup issues since this model is no longer supported.
Any thoughts you have on the subject are appreciated. If there is a newer model cisco we should target instead, that's appreciated too.
Regards,
