OK, I have been running OL98 without any real problem on MF 1.8FR1sp3.

I want to upgrade my MF users to OL2K. What do I need to do, to do it?

I've seen the KB about Office 2k, But I want to continue to run Office97, just upgrade to OL 2K.

Thanks!

You will probably need the transform file from the Office Resource Kit. When you install in, use a line like:
d:\setup.exe /t a:\termsrvr.mst
Where d: is the CD-ROM where Outlook2K exists, and the transform file from the resource kit is on a floppy.

You can download the Office Resource Kit from Microsoft, or I can email just the transform to you if you post your address.

Thanks gbiello,

I was aware of the Win2k transformation file.

I guess I was just looking for pointers, gotchas, etc. on installing/upgrading only the Outlook portion of our Office 97 installation.

I'll have to look at that file and see if anything looks troublesome. If so, I'll be back LOL
