Hi all
Wondering if anyone has come across this before, a google turned up nothing.
I have a user who created a new signature in his outlook to reflect an email adddress change. When he makes a new mail message the new signature is attached fine, but when he replies to an email he gets his old sig kicking in with his old email addy.
In his outlook settings he only has the one signature setup so I have no idea where outlook is pulling this old siggy from.
Any help with this is much appreciated.

It sounds like the old sig is stored with an additional profile. And the reply is also using the old addy, because it was probably originally set up as the default.

You didn't say what setup you have, (Op sys, Outlook version, server, network, ISP) so I don't know how to tell you the best way to get rid of it, but try Tools- Services (or accounts) to start with.

Thanks for the reply
Looking through Tools-Services I only see one profile with one signature set up.
He is using OL 98 the corporate/workgroup install but we are using Internet only email, on a win2k pro computer.
