I am looking for diagrams for the print head assembly including the carriage which attaches to the bar controlling movement of the assembly. The print head is pressing too hard onto the paper and needs adjusting. As well the rear of the carriage is dropping and thus causing a rough attempt at side to side movement rather than a smooth one. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
