OFO Initialization Error - Shadow?Copy?Components

We upgraded our entire network last summer from NT4 and Exch5.5 to 2003 Server and Exch2003. We have always used Veritas Backup Exec, so we upgraded across the board to the latest and greatest. I had a consultant assist me with the entire migration given the magnitude of the project.

We have the following servers being backed up:

1. File/Print
2. Exchange
3. Terminal Services
4. File/Application

Each and every day, the following errors occur for our Exchange server:

OFO: Snapshot error (0xfffffe1f): The device cannot be found.

I searched the Veritas KB extensively. However, the only items relating to the above aren't relative -- For example: 1) Document 260752 - we are NOT low on disk space 2) Document ID 261993 - Each item in the VSSAdmin output shows NO Error and a Stable status.

Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated. By the way, the backup appears to be working. The error is simply not pleasant to review daily. For piece of mind, I'd like to remedy it if possible.

On your selection for the the Exchange server expand out the shadow copy components...do you have User data selected. If so, unselect it. Whay are you using AOFO on and Exchange Server?
I would also create a new job all together
