Offline Folders

I'm trying to get all of my e-mail available offline, including messages I have moved in to folders. Can you help me resolve this problem?

While trying to create Offline folders the following error message pops up:

The Offline Store could not be configured. the attempt to log on to the MS Exchange Server has failed".

Are you just trying to get your mail off of the server, to free up your mailbox space?

Are you actually connected to the Exchange server when you are creating the offline folder? It will try to immediately synch the data when the file is created. joegz
