I am having all kinds of trouble with users being able to synchronize there laptops with Exchange. I have tried all kind of ideas. I can setup a new user and sync and it works fine. Certain users are fine. I have decided it is a corrupt file in the persons email box that can't sync. I can't export there data to a file in Outlook. It gives an error message. I ran a Offline folder intergrity check and I am getting errors in it. Saying certain messages are on the Exchange server but not in the offline folder. I was hoping someone has experienced this problem and knew what to do. Thanks for any ideas or help on this.
