Offline files just doesn't want to be disabled!

Hi all,

I am trying to disable Offline Files thru GPO. No matter what I do, though, it just doesn't seem to turn off. Here are the settings I am currently trying:

And this is what the user sees after refreshing Group Policy:

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?
