offline file synchronization XP files missing

Hi everyone...

I have a Windows NT server network w/NT, 2000, and XP clients (SP1). I have a number of XP machines (hardware-independent) configured for offline file synchronization. Getting reports that files that were there are no longer there. I've verified that the clients in question have synchronized to the network. Has anyone seen this happen? Thanks...
