Offline email not sent

Hi
i have a user that creates alot of email offline when he travels. we he comes back to the office the email is not sent from the outbox in outlook 2003. the email is neither visible in online mode but when you go offline, there they are still sitting in the offline outbox.

i have reinstalled outlook several times same sh...

Any ideas would be greatful.

Here is a Microsoft article that talks about problems if the account is setup on an IMAP or Hotmail account. I wouldn't think that is specifically your situation, but could be related:
