Hi there.

Can somebody help me on how to record AA greetings? Can't find it in manuals.

Hi

I can tell you the default codes but more than likely these codes could have been changed by your vendor.

To change your AA day greeting go to a handset and off hook dial 539 let the voicemail answer then dial *#0000 the system should ask you for a password this is also 0000 (this is the most likely been changed by your vendor) you should be greeted by a prompt saying "voicemail administration" you then need to press 1 to change system prompts it will then ask you to enter a prompt number. By default the day prompt number is 1001 but again this has probably been changed from your vendor as Samsung recommend to do this.
