officeserv 7100 password

trying to use the installation tool for officeserv 7100 but password is unknown tried default "samsung" but thats not it.

Is it a MP10 or a MP10a ? New system or a 7100 with programming on it you want to keep? If new I would say upgrade the software ad factory default. At last resort, Get all the programming off the handset and default.

it's an mp10a with programming i want to keep. Error msg when trying to rerecord and save main greeting prompt 1001. tech pw is known for handset programming but system pw to use IT is not known.
