hello,

I am having a problem with Outlook in Office XP. I set up a pop account and the server it uses for pop and smtp (blahblah.com) will not relay any mail that isnt going to blahblah.com. The mail server returns a "550 Relaying is Prohibited" yet any mail going to whomever@blahblah.com goes through just fine. Now here is the catch, if i set up the same account in Outlook Express on the same computer everything works just fine, all mail is relayed. This leads me to believe its something in Outlook, a check box i missed, or some wierd security setting, or Outlook is some how mangling the header. I just dont see what the problem, any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks,

Hmmm, had this problem myslef but don't know which of these remodies worked.
Follow it through changing tiscali in the POP and SMTP to your service provider, hopefully it will be of some help!!
