trying to sort out a co-workers pc:
when creating a message, i used to be able to to click 'file > move to folder' then select the drafts (or whatever) folder and it would save a copy.
that link has now dissapeared.....
i've tried adding a shortcut to 'exchange folder' but although it will save a copy in the selected folder, it saves it as a .doc item, so when i double click it to re-edit, it opens in word without the email options.
basically, how do i get the 'move to..' or 'copy to ...' options back in the file menu ?
cheers, phil.
p.s. i put office 2000 on the machine and that works fine, but we don't have enough licenses to leave it on there, the pc needs to have office XP ....
