Hey all, I'm hoping I can perhaps find an answer to my problem here, as I'm just about out of ideas. We purchased about 290 new computers this year, and are suddenly seeing a new trend in office, where when the user tries to add clipart to a file, Word will crash.
All of these machines (Intel 2.8Ghz, 1GB ram, 80GB HD, Win XP Pro) have been imaged with the same image, which leads me to believe that the problem obviously resides within the image. Whats getting me is that I cant seem to find where all the parts of microsofts Office XP clipart resides. I have tried uninstalling Office XP, and re-installing it, and the problem still presents itself. Not only is it still there, but the last search I did in the clipart field will still be there. So say I search for clipart of corn, insert it, then close word, uninstall office, re-install office, open a document, and go to insert clipart...corn will automatically pop up in the search field.
Does anyone know where the rest of the clipart program hides? I'm thinking whatever problem im seeing (corrupted file, etc) must be present there, but I can find no info on it. In win 2000 it was Cag.exe, in XP...im not sure.
Anyone have any ideas?!
Thanks!!!
