i am trying to remove office small business edition but it doesnt seem to be uninstalling..there is also office sr1 loaded onto the pc..i want to remove them both, apart from formatting how do i do this? i cant uninstall sr1 either, says the cd is the wrong patch (i had updated it, downloaded service packs from the internet) if it doesnt show in add\remove programs how else can they be removed?? thanx in advance

I am not sure but I think your problem maybe that you will need the EXACT CD that you installed Small Business with which is the CD2 in the set. Without it you will not be able to do anything. I think it was something that Microsoft was trying at the time.
