Office 97 SR2 and Windows NT 4.0 workstation (SP6a).

Hi,
I wonder if any one can help me. A user opens the document through Windows explorer and it opens fine. But when she opens it through Word application itself, she looses the format and the fonts change. I have tried re-applying the service pack for office 97. Also removed the normal.dot templates (just in-case) and scanned for viruses on her pc.

I'm having no joy and given up on Microsoft Knowledge base!!

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
