Office 2K settings saved/exported, then imported into Office 2K3?

I am replacing our receptionists's workstation that runs Windows 200 pro SP4 with Office 2000 with a computer running Windows XP Pro SP2, running Office 2003 SP1. I would like to know if her Office 2000 settings can be saved/exported, then imported into Office 2003? I thought there were some compatability issues between settings in Office 2000 and those of Office 2003. I would at least like to get those settings captured by the Office settings wizard found in Office 2002 and Office 2003, but Office 2000's wizard only allows saves to the internet.
The receptionist is also recording appointments in other users' calendars so that t hey are notified when these appointments are made.
