Office 2K F1(Help) not working

I have Office 2K running on a NT4/MetaFrame 1.8 box.

I think one of Microsoft's security updates or an IE update has created problems with the help files.

I have not reinstalled Office yet. Was hoping not to have to do that.

Any help would be appreciated

There isn't an error message at all, it just brings up a blank grey box and sits there.
