Hi,
Is it possible to store all corrospondence with a contact in Outlook 2007 such as documents, e-mails, calls automatically?
For instance, we are currently using Goldmine 6.7 BCM and have set of Word Doc templates. All the user has to do is look up the user and click write and all that information is prefilled with that contacts information. The document is then added to the contacts history items.
Is it done as easily in Office 2007?
Also can public folders be used in the same sense for sharing?
Thank you.
