I've got an upcoming project in 2008 to upgrade our Office users to 2007. I really want to do a lot of prep work and training so the users won't be so intimidated by the new UI. Can anyone recommend a good CBT or other type of training course aimed at end users?

Hi,
I professionally train end-users, and if you are looking for good class manuals for instructor-led training, I recommend you check out - these are the ones I use in the classroom.

Hi BlueHorizon,

they look good ( should I ever need such things ). Have got that site on my favourites now. Thanks ( ===> * )

( and they ship internationally )

I hope that suits MasterRacker too.

Cheers, Glenn.

Looks like some excellent material. I'm still looking for a CBT I could post on an intranet, but there is a lot on that site I can use as well. Thanks.

When I worked for New Horizons they had online/CBT training that may fit your needs. I'm not sure how much it would cost, but if there is a large number of employees there would likely be some kind of volume discount.

I do our in-house training and we use books from ElementK for in-class training. These are the same books that New Horizons uses for their training.

Hi,
Here in Colorado, New Horizons uses the Thomson courseware I mentioned above. Must be different in each location.
Happy Holidays!!
