Office 2007 and SAP Compatibility Issues

I just upgraded to Office 2007. I’m exporting from SAP creating a new excel file. The excel file is created no problem, with the exception of any field that contains dollars (it might be numbers across the board, but I noticed the dollars) sometimes the numbers are so far off from what they should be (i.e. 95.00 turns into 3.96, 142.50 turns into 5.95) and other times the numeric’s are correct, but in place of the decimal there’s a colon. My first thought was of coarse that it was just a cell formatting issue, but no matter what I do to format the cells the data does not change. I tested several different SAP transactions and the result was the same; whereas pre Office 2007 I had no problem dropping data into excel from any SAP transaction.

Thanks
