Office 2003 "UTD" with every email from server

I'm running Microsoft Office 2003 and with every email I receive from my server telling me the status of my back up, I receive a second email with the title "UTD" looks something like this.

This is my back up email.

(Server: "DSERVER2") (Job: "INC_BK") Completed Successfully.
