When a few people in our company print documents through word 2003 the document prints successful however the document does not print any images or logo header. The same document can be printed from another workstation just fine. Any idea what this problem is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look in Word, Tools>Options>Printing. Hope it helps.
