Office 2003 Compatability with Office 200 Files

We are considering switching from Office 2000 to Office 2003 and I wondered if anyone has seen any type of compability issue between the two app. i.e., opening and editing Office 2K files in Office 2003, etc.

publisher 2003 files won't open with 2000, some features in powerpoint 2003 look different in 2000. haven't seen anything major.
backward compatibiity appears to work fine, 2003 opens 2000 files without problems as far as I've seen.
I've only been passively testing it about 2 weeks though.

I have just upgraded and haven't had any problems yet. I think the largest change would be from Office 97.
