This has been bothering me for some time, and I haven't had much luck googling the issue. Whenever I open or switch to any Office app, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, they seem to flicker and screen refresh after about 3-5 seconds. This has happened for me on two different PC's (both with Intel mb's/ vid cards, yet 4 years apart), probably noticed it on others, but it only seems to be with Office 2003. Anyone else seen this?? very annoying and interferes with my work. think I'm going to e-mail msft....
