My bosses wife uses outlook 2000 sr-1 on her laptop, and for some reason, when she attaches files to outgoing
e-mails (a WORD .doc file when she was showing the problem to me) they recipients do not get them. It doesn't matter what the recieving end uses for a mail client either. I tired outlook express, hotmail, and nuvox webmail, and they only one that showed anything was the nuvox webmail, which showed an attachment called WINWORD.DAT no matter what the file name was when first sent. Also, the winword.dat file isn't openable.
Any suggestions?
