office 2000 - outlook XP - small business tools

hi all

We have Outlook XP installed with Office 2000. We want to use the small business tools. change for SR2 office loads only the Customer manager and Business Planner but does not let you load or see the Financial Manager - has anyone else come across this please -
I can install this if I am using Outlook Express 6 with Office 2000 but our builds are Outlook XP with Office 2000.

have found one ms article 237364 - to show I have been looking lol but this did not work

uninstalled office and reinstalled after changing regional settings.

Any one come across this??
