Office 2000 on Windows 2003 Terminal Server

Anyone running Office 2000 on a windows 2003 Terminal server?

How bad of an idea is it?

We have an office of 30 people and a 5 user terminal server to support remote and traveling users. They do not wish to upgrade to office 2003 nor want the remote users to have a different "version" of office because of the difference in the "user experience"

Any advice would be great.

There shouldn't be any issues run Office 2000 on a W2K3 TS. We ran Office 97 on ours before upgrading to Office XP.
