Office 2000 install

I am using group policy to install office 2000 on a computer however it is asking for a cd key. From what i found on microsoft it says you can edit the .msi file and push this key down onto the client. All I could find was that it says this tool is available in the office 2000 sdk.
I cant find this on their site. is it possible to do this another way or if anyone knows where the download is to this it would be much appreciated.
