Had a user upgrade to Office XP. User hates it. Giving user a different PC with Office 2000. Other users in her department use Office XP. Will the user face problems with shared spreadsheets/documents/Databases between the two versions of Office?

No problems with sharing Word and Excel. You can share Access 2000 and Access XP....but my users have run into a handful of problems. i.e. certain features and macros not working in Acc 2000 when created in Access XP.
