Office 2000 & Office XP compatibility

No problems with sharing Word and Excel. You can share Access 2000 and Access XP....but my users have run into a handful of problems. i.e. certain features and macros not working in Acc 2000 when created in Access XP.
Microsoft has a ton of resources through their Knowledge Base!
