office 2000 always initializes when opening

Anytime i open word,excel or ppt on my laptop office 2000 initializes again... and it does it everytime.. does anyone know why or how to fix this?

Usual reason is installing Office when not logged in as Administrator. If you log in as Admin again and then start Office, it should initialise once again. It should then be Ok for use with other logins.

nah, does it even if you're logged in as the administrator.
