Offer Remote Assistance - ICF

Hi,

Do I really need to turn off Internet Connection Firewall before I can "Offer Remote Assistance"? I setup a LAN computers and setup for "Offer Remote..." but cannot connect to the target PC until I turn off ICF and finally connected to the target PC.

Any thoughts, please. Thank you.
