I am not a Definity person. I am asking this as a third party. Here is what we want to do: A call come into the switch and is routed to an IVR. The caller navigates through the IVR which collects an account number. The caller then elects to transfer to "Make a payment". We want the switch to take that call route to a static number (800-555-1212 for example) wait a couple of seconds then pulse out the account number. This is then picked up by another IVR at another company. Is this possible?...How (in brief...I will give this info to the switch person who will know)

Some clarification:

I think what we are trying to accomplish is this: Can we construct the number in which to route on the fly in the vector?

If I have a number let's say 800-555-1212 that I want to route to, can I, in the vector add digits to the end of that number dynamically (from digits collected in another step)?

I don't think you can do this in a vector - however it could be done for example using Conversant. Is your IVR on conversant?
