Our customer is working in off line modus. We did give them a new .unv file with a new universe in. They copied it in the universes directory but it does not appear in their list of available universes even not after having pushed the "refresh" button in Extra->Universes.
This Universe we delivered them is of a certain domain. I guess this domain contains a certain directory in which BO has to look to find universes. I guess this is pointing to a wrong directory on their pc. However where can I find where this domain is looking for universes???

If the universe if from a domain, then they would have to move it into a folder that has the domain name. If they have NEVER used this universe, then they won't be able to do this.

If the universe has been newly exported and the user is in offline mode, then the universe won't be part of the users .lsi file.
