I have an end user who is reporting that when she highlights text in any ms ofc2k app and then hits the delete key that nothing happens. It asks to confirm "delete block y/n in the bottom left corner. Highlighting and hitting backspace will work. The delete key works in every other app.
This woman is driving me bonkers!!! Please advise!!

I cannot find an error report that is similar. But how current is the Office version being used? Is your client completely up-to-date with Office fixes?
