I am currently running Arcserve 2000 on NT and backing up Novell File servers.
2 different servers crashed in one night running a backup job and gave me the same errors
My compaq insight manager recovery log tells me that
Fatal Exception (number 14, cause abend: page fault exception running process:
FS Main 027de010|code executing in module OFA.NLM v.7.0 at offset FFFAh).
The server only abends when there is a backup job with the openfile agent running.
Can anyone tell me if this sounds like a configuration issue with the ofa, or am I having some other kind of problem. CA Support is a joke
