OE prints out only headers of e-mails

Recently have had a problem with a PC running Windows 95 with OE 5.5. When printing of an e-mail ONLY the header is printed, the rest of the e-mail (i.e. the body of the text) does not print, just get a blank sheet.

Have tried:

Testing printer driver - OK
Checking Encoding in IE & OE - set to Western European (Windows)
Tried with both plain text & html - same result.
Tried downgrading & then re-installing OE in case files missing/corrupt - problem remains.
Tried Windows repair install in case files missing/corrupt - problem remains.

Any ideas?
