One of our ME machines is having problems (Go figure!). It usually happens when the user is in Outlook. It does not always happen, but it is usually triggered by sending a message. An error message comes up saying that Outlook has to shut down, any other programs that are running crash, including explorer ex.(Explorer caused a GPF in module KRNL386.EXE at 0001:000075a8)and then comes the blue screen. The blue screen error is always OE : 0187 : BFF8E64B. Because the errors are always the same, this leads me to believe that this is a problem of bad memory. Any other alternate suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Use System Restore to roll your computer back to a date to before when your computer worked right. Before the error(s) started occuring.

To start System Restore, click Start, point to Programs, point to Accessories, point to System Tools, and then click System Restore. Or, in the Help and Support main screen, click Use System Restore under Fix a problem. Emachines, Celeron 600, 256 Mb RAM, 10 Gb HDD, ADSL.
