OE error message when trying to post :::: database error (operation = REV POST ,error = 2 )

Pervasive? A corrupted database, restore from backup.
SQL? Reboot the server.

nothing i can do ? if i do not have a back up

Error 2 is pretty serious, you could fork over a lot of $$$ to have it repaired. Daily backups are critical.

Run a Verify through dbSetup. Error = 2 can mean 'File not found'.
