Outlook Express is driving me crazy. When I send email to an MSN mail account, OE constantly changes the name from user@msn.com to user@hotmail.com, or user@hotmail.msn.com, and then the mail is returned with and error message from the MSN webmaster. By the way, the msn mail accounts that are being kicked back do not even use hotmail. Itried to get an answer from Microsft's websites but had no luck.
Here is an example.

<tcargill@hotmail.com>
(reason: 550 Requested action not taken:user account inactive)

... while talking to mx14.hotmail.com.:
