OE 5.0 & MSIMN

Hello,

Could someone please tell me what this error message means?
I'm not sure what I did but my Outlook Express is messed up because I get this error message whenever I try to open it. I ran a thorough scan disk when this began but it didn't fix this. Is this an uninstall/reinstall fix-it? I surely hope not. Thanks.:-(

For researching my problem and finding that interesting article. I ended up, after all the frustration and headache, just uninstalling Outlook Express, upgrading my Internet Explorer to 5.5 and reinstalling OlExp. I do appreciate that information. Hopefully I won't have that same problem but...if I do, I'll know where to look.
