IPO 500V1 running 7.0.23 (has been on this software since it was released) with all 5600 series IP phones and classic TDM PRI. The IP phones are spread across five locations around town connected via MPLS T1 with QoS enabled. Has worked fine for years until last week. Two remote locations are experiencing poor transmit (caller hears broken audio) while receive is fine. However, this only happens to outside callers (via PRI). Internal calling from one location to another is fine. Outside callers to other locations are fine.
All phones are on the same firmware level.
I would think that a bad VCM would cause trouble for all outside calls, not just a couple of phones. Bad network would cause trouble for all calls between sites, inside or outside. No known network changes.
