I got a hp compq nx9010 laptop
512mb ram
p4 3.06ghz cpu setup with winxp
IGP 345m gfx(64mb)

I have a problem i cant seem to pin down the cause of rather a few problems....

Whenever i stream video from another machine on my network it wil play fine but if i try to skip ahead more than a few times it will either cause a media player error wich stops the file playing but doesnt close the media player or.

It will crash the graphics card reset display to 16 colors and tell me i need to restart and when i do i get the crash msg about ati.

now the above also happens when i try to run games or the machine just locks up completly (tried several games)

now before anyone says its the laptop we actually bought 3 the same spec over the course of 2 months and have now found they all do the same thing.

I have tried, system re-intall, bios update, driver updates and rollbacks for the gfx card to no avail

p.s when i try to goto radio 1 website and click Listen Live the applet appears starts loading and then crashes out with an exception (on all 3, and over the course of 3 weeks).

I am at a loss here and not happy seeing as the graphics driver for the igp345m onboard graphics havent been updated since march 2003! and bought the machines starting march 2004 !!! plus going to hp for gfx drivers installs a november 2002 set......

As for the Radio One problem do you have the exact error message. If not can you reproduce the error and let us know the error
